Warm up: Elite, Burgener Strength:  Strict press Deadlift Cond: 21-15-9 Wallballs 20/14 Box jumps 24/20

    Great WOD. Struggled with the strict press on the third set.

    Strict press-135×5, 155×5, 175×5( last 2 were more push press). Should I lower the weight or stop when form breaks down? Please let me know.

      yes, whenever form starts to break lower the weight… also are you sure those numbers are 65-75-85% of your 90%? you should be able to get around 10 rps on the third set.

    Oh crap! I thought you were supposed to do 65-85% of your 1RM. That explains a lot. Numbers adjusted. And will keep pushing. Thanks for the quick correction and help.
