Warm-up Elite, Burgener Strength 3-3-3-3-3-3 Top down hang snatch Conditioning 5 rounds, for time: 9 burpees 6 hang snatch 95/65 3 OH squat 95/65 If you did CrossFit Total, bring your completed Wendler System worksheets on Tuesday.  You will use the numbers for the strength portion of the workout.  If you did not receive a worksheet via email, please let us know.
