Today's WOD is very important, please come in if you can or do it on your own. ¬†We will be implementing the Wendler System. You will find your max in 3 lifts and use that number for the next 8 weeks. CrossFit Total 3 attempts (each) to find your max load: Strict press Deadlift Back squat You can do these lifts in any order. Thanks to CrossFit.com

    I can’t wait for the next 8weeks. Hopefully this will help to improve all my Olympic lifts.

    Deadlift- 315, 365, 425
    Push press- 185, 205, 225(f)– used my hips and legs on the last attempt
    Back squat- 225, 245, 265

    Total: 895

    Still having trouble with weight and depth on the squats. More focus on the hamstrings and I will get the numbers where they need to be.

    Miss you guys. Hard to motivate when you are working out alone. But this site helps to see how everyone else is doing. Thanks!

    Megan, you find your bodyweight under the women’s rankings and then go across to find your CF Total to see what you’re “ranked.”
