Hope you had a very Merry Christmas! Classes will be held at 11am & Noon. Warm-up 3 min. DU, 20 lunges, 5 inch worm + 2 pushups, 30-second handstand hold, 2o double-legged bridges + extension Skill 10  min. kipping practice  Conditioning "Angie," for time: 100 pullups 100 pushups 100 sit-ups 100 squats Refer back to Sept. 20, 2011 (times are posted here) For those of you who need an extra WOD this holiday season: (no equipment needed, to be done on your own) Tabata burpees 2  min. rest Tabata air squats 2 min. rest Tabata sit-ups Tabata=8 rounds, 20 seconds of work (as many reps as possible) followed by 10 seconds of rest. Score=lowest amount of reps achieved in a round (least amount of burpees + least amount of air squats + least amount of sit-ups = score).
