Warm up 3 min DU, A-skips, B-skips, high knees, butt kicks, 10 plate OH lunges, 10 pushups, 10 air squats, 10 pullups WOD 1 5 rounds for time: 20 pushups  15 jump squats 10 pushpress 95/65 5 toes 2 bar WOD 2 10 rounds for time: 200m run 20 DU So sad we had to say goodbye to 2 awesome Crossfitters.  Tear it up in Denver Eli & Natalie, we will miss you!

    We love & miss you guys already! Can’t wait to see what Crossfit 417 has in store for 2012! You’re going to do amazing things. We’ll be doing the WODs in CO, so make them easy :) oh and did I tell you Eli’s writing a book…
