Learn to CrossFit

A new Learn to CrossFit Course is starting in January 2012!  This 8 week session will take place on Saturdays at 10am. Get more in-depth training on specific CrossFit movements. The schedule is as follows: January 7 January 14 January 21 January 28 February 4 February 11 February 18 February 25
