    I hate being a day behind! But can’t be helped with getting the house at FLW ready.

    225, 275, 315, 405( PR)– thanks Jared for all the help and tips the past couple of weeks.


    Didn’t have a watch but I think it was around 15 mins. Had to use an 18# ball and the only wall available was 12 ft at the family gym.

    Hope to make it Friday and Saturday. Keep pushing guys/gals!
