Wod 1: "Grace" For time: 30 clean and jerk 135/95 AND Wod 2: 5 rounds for time 10  SDHP  135/95 15  Bar facing burpees 10  Sit ups 25/15 15  Box steps ups with wall ball 20/14 1 min rest OR Hero Wod: "Coe" Complete ten rounds for time of: 10 Thrusters, 95#/65# 10 Ring push-ups If you cannot do a ring push-up, scale to regular push-ups.
