Hero WODs are done in honor of a hero. This week’s hero WOD is in honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Remember, anyone who chooses to do this workout must finish it. It’s an honor to do it, so try your best.
